About Our Show
A hometown feel, all for the benefit of local first reponders.
Hose Company One of the Baldwin Fire Department has been putting on our classic fall car show for over 10 years. Even when the COVID-19 pandemic shut down the world, our timing was just right that we were able to be one of the only hosts to keep our show open in 2020 when the rules became more relaxed. We are a small group that take pride in providing a local, hometown show for our loyal supporters. We have had cars come in from all over Long Island and the tri-state area spend the day with us. With a few exceptions, we have always had stellar reviews!
Since the beginning, we have entrusted the professionals at Island Classic Car Shows to fairly judge each and every car in competition.
Bob, Amy and the rest of their extremely qualified judges utilize a point system to evaluate each car on it's own merit, then compare scores to other cars of the same type to determine the winners in each category.
Once these winners are determined, the final scores are tallied and an overall BEST IN SHOW winner is chosen. Previous Best in Show winners are not eligible for the title a second time!
